What are our services like?

At Main Street there are no strangers.  We are all created by God and members of one family.  So, when anyone enters our services -- whether visitors or members -- a temporary nametag is printed and worn.  This way we can all greet and encourage each other by name and openly worship together.

The only expectation of visitors is to feel free to worship as the Spirit leads in an inviting and open environment of musical praise and biblically-based teaching.

What do I wear to Main Street?

Main Street is committed to cultivating a comfortable environment where the focus is on God and the direction of the Holy Spirit and individual expression is encouraged.  What that means is that you will encounter a wide range of dress from "Sunday Best," to business professional, to casual.  Wear what you are comfortable wearing and let's focus on meeting God.

What does Main Street offer my family?

There are many opportunities for each member of your family to serve, be taught, or just enjoy the fellowship of other Christians.  Look at our Ministries page on this website for a sampling of these opportunities.  Main Street is an ever growing family and would love to have a chance to minister together with your family.

What kind of music can I expect?

We offer two styles of worship on Sunday mornings:

The 9:00 service is what's known as a "Classic" style with more traditional hymns and instrumentation including the organ and choir.

At 11:00 the music cuts loose in a strong contemporary style with a cutting edge band accompanied by a praise team of singers.

We also offer a worship service on Monday evenings at 7 p.m. called "Ignite!"
