9:00 a.m.- Rise & Shine Service
All preschoolers are invited to "come as you are, p.j.'s and all!" We'll have a little breakfast and help you get ready for a great day for learning about God. We will have a special time of worship and spending time time with our friends, just like our parents! Get ready to Rise and Shine and give God the Glory!
10:00 a.m.- Preschool Bible Journey (PBJ)
PBJ is our primary discipleship time for infants-preK. We have marvelous teachers who use Gospel Light curriculum to take our preschoolers through the whole Bible two times during early childhood. We continue this progressive scope and sequence into our elementary ministry.
11:00 a.m.- Preschool Promiseland
Preschool Promiseland is a time for preschoolers (potty-trained 3's-Kindergarten) to have a relevant worship experience, where we pray, worship and sit on little pews just like our bigger friends in the sanctuary upstairs! For consistency and maximum retention, we use "My Great Big God ," which expands on the Bible lesson from PBJ that morning. Preschool Promiseland takes place in Tot Town, our newly refurbished preschool worship center. Our GAP students come and help as leaders, we love them! We have so much fun each week, our room is full of energy, exuberance and enthusiasm!
Safety & Security at Main Street
When you bring your preschooler to Main Street, you will be asked to register your child at our Sign-In table. We need some basic information about your sweet little one, so that we can give him/her excellent care. Your preschooler will receive a uniquely numbered sticker, that is to be placed on his/her back, with a matching sticker for you. When you pick up your preschooler at the end of your worship experience, you will be asked to provide this sticker or a valid drivers license. We also have pagers, primarily for our infant/toddler room, which are available at your request. Your child's safety is our primary concern, children cannot learn unless they feel that they are in secure environment.
ToT Town Fun Arts Academy We are offering FREE "fun" arts classes for preschoolers on monday and wednesday mornings. Much like a college class, each of our classes are for a different age and stage of child, and have a set beginning and end date. Some are designed for parent and child, and others are specifically for preschoolers, though we always need help! Do you have a hidden talent that you would like to share? We are looking for more creative and fun people to start new classes!
We will be starting cooking, music and dance in the SPRING, let Kate know if you'd like to teach another class or if you want your child to participate!
Pray & Play
Pray & Play is for our preschoolers whose mommies are involved in the Ladies' Bible Study on Tuesday mornings from 9:15-11:30. We have a brand new lead teacher, Sherri Golden, who is using a unique and creative new curriculum. We have wonderful, certified childcare providers who can't wait to spend time with your precious children! Call the church office to register for the Ladies Bible Study.
Parent's Day Out We have several Parent's Day/Night Out throughout the year. This is a blessing that we offer to both our preschool and Main Street Children's Center families, primarily around Christmas and Valentines Day. It is your opportunity to spend a few hours catching up on loose ends while your children have seasonal activities, snacks, crafts and movies in a safe and loving environment. This is open to babies-4th grade, and our GAP kids are welcome to come and help our fabulous childcare workers.
Summer Fun!
Most of our preschoolers aren't in school yet, but May-August is still a more relaxed time to enjoy fun summer activities. Many of our summer activities are for preschool, elementary and GAP families to enjoy together. Here are a few of our highlights:
Preschool Vacation Bible School

See you again next year! Summer Play Days
We go all over the place to find fun summer activities! This last summer we had a splash day at Brushy Creek Water Playscape, jumping fun at Texas Jumping Beans (an indoor inflatable park), an ice cream social in the park, pizza party at Cici's and a pool day at the Micki Krebsbach pool in Round Rock. We also invite our preschoolers to come on Thursdays to Preschool Promiseland Chapel with Miss Toni, to worship with our Main Street Children's Center friends.
